Deletion starts in the mobile app
This page provides instructions only. Account deletion must be initiated through Account settings in the Inchaa mobile app.
How to delete your account
- Open the Inchaa mobile app.
- Go to Account settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the account deletion information.
- Confirm your deletion request.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What will be deleted
Account & identity data
Profile details, contact information, and account credentials.
Media & uploaded files
Profile photos, project images, and files you shared.
Service history
Quotations, service requests, posted ads, and related records.
Messages & interactions
Chat history and communications with customers and Service Providers.
Saved preferences
Bookmarks, saved searches, and personalized settings.
Verification
To confirm the request, Inchaa will send a One-Time Password (OTP) to your registered email address. Enter the OTP in the app to proceed.
Important notes
- Deletion is permanent and your account cannot be recovered.
- If you use Inchaa again, you will need to create a new account with a different phone number.
- Some information may be retained when required for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
