Cookie Policy

Last updated:

This Cookie Policy explains how Inchaa (“Inchaa”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on its website, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They help the website work, remember your choices and understand how it is used. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, work in a comparable way; in this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies”.

Cookies set by the website you are visiting are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by another company, such as an analytics provider, are called third-party cookies.

2. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary. These cookies are needed for the website to work and to keep it secure, for example to balance traffic between servers. They cannot be switched off in our systems.

Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors find and use our website, such as which pages are visited and for how long, so that we can improve it. These cookies collect information in a way that does not directly identify you. The main cookies are:

  • _ga — Google Analytics — distinguishes unique visitors — expires after 2 years;
  • _ga_<measurement-id> — Google Analytics — keeps the session state — expires after 2 years.

Analytics cookies are used only on our live website. We do not use cookies to sell your data.

3. Third-party cookies

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are provided by Google, which processes the information collected by its cookies in accordance with its own privacy policy. Links to third-party websites, such as the App Store, Google Play or social networks, may set their own cookies when you visit them; those are governed by their own policies.

4. Managing your cookie settings

You can control cookies in several ways:

  • Browser settings: most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies. Look for the “Privacy” or “Cookies” section of your browser's settings;
  • Google Analytics: you can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on;
  • Mobile devices: your device settings may let you limit ad tracking and reset advertising identifiers.

If you block all cookies, some parts of the website may not work as intended.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies we use or for legal reasons. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
